This Privacy Policy describes the Company’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Company uses Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account for every user.  All user accounts are created by pIcD authority through internal software and provided an id and password for every authorized customer, with which the user can log in.

Application means the software program named pIcD App developed by the FazTrack Company and downloaded by You on any electronic device to avail the Services.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to pIcD Inc, an Arizona C corporation located at 6341 E Hillcrest Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona 85251.

Country refers to: Arizona, United States

Device means any device through which You can access the Service upon installing the Application on such a device such as a computer, smartphone, or digital tablet etc.

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service refers to all the services offered by the Company through the Application.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service through the Application, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data, Contacts.

Types of Data Collected

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
  • Usage Data

Usage Data

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of the Application, the Company may collect the following with Your prior permission:

  • Pictures and other information from your Device’s camera and photo library
  • Information from your Device’s phone book (contacts list)

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your Device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data, Contacts

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service: Including to monitor the usage of our Service.

Data Use and Sharing: This app is used for the users (employees and customers) of pIcD. The collected data include customer names, employee names, addresses, emails, photos, and telephone numbers.

Contact, Camera, Photo, permission is asked/prompted for consent of the user in the App. Users can change permissions, for example, if you agreed to provide access to contacts in your phone to make finding and followings others more convenient, you can later change that permission in settings. Understand, that if you do that, certain features and services will not work.

The data is only used internally within the Company only to enhance customer service and experience.  The captured data is never shared or sold such as but not limited to customer or employee personal data with any third party.

To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation

Retention and Handling of Your Personal Data

We retain personal information about you for as long as necessary to provide you with the pIcD Services. In some cases, we retain personal information for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Afterwards, we retain some information in a de-identified and/or aggregated form but not in a way that would identify you personally.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

In certain circumstances, and in order to perform the pIcD Services, we may share certain information about you as described in this section:

  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • We may share your personal information with our partners to customize or display our advertising.
  • We may share your personal information and/or Traffic Data with our partners who perform operational services for us (such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, data storage, security, insurance verification, web service analytics, or ad serving).
  • We may share your personal information and/or Traffic Data with our partners to analyze device activities and generate targeted advertisements.
  • We may transfer your personal information to another company in connection with a proposed merger, sale, acquisition or other change of ownership or control by or of pIcD (whether in whole or in part). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your information becomes subject to different privacy practices.
  • We also may need to disclose your personal information or any other information we collect about you if we determine in good faith that such disclosure is needed to: (1) comply with or fulfill our obligations under applicable law; (2) protect the rights, property or safety of you, pIcD or another party; (3) enforce this Privacy Policy or other agreements with you; or (4) respond to claims that any posting or other content violates third-party rights.

Security of Your Personal Data

Any information you send to us electronically, while using the pIcD Services or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure when it is transmitted to us. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us. Please be aware, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Any information you send us through any means is transmitted at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy

The pIcD Services are not intended for use by children. Individuals under the age of 18 may not use the pIcD Services. pIcD does not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are under 18, do not attempt to register for the pIcD Services or send us any personal information. By accessing, using and/or submitting information through the pIcD Services, you represent that you are not younger than 18 and that you have authority to do so. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child, you may, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, use the pIcD Services on behalf of such a minor child. Information you provide through the pIcD Services on behalf of a minor child will be treated as personal information as provided herein. If you use the pIcD Services on behalf of another person, regardless of age, you represent and warrant that you have authority to do so.

 Account Deactivation

When you deactivate your account:

  • Temporary Deactivation: Your account will be temporarily disabled, and your profile will not be visible to other users. However, your data will remain on our servers.
  • Data Retention: We will retain all your data while your account is deactivated. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging back in.
  • Impact: Deactivation is reversible, and all your data and content will be restored upon reactivation.

 Account Deletion

When you request to delete your account:

  • Permanent Deletion: All your personal information, usage data, and any other data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Data Retention: We will retain your data for a period of 30 days after the deletion request to allow for any recovery requests or legal compliance. After this period, your data will be irreversibly deleted.
  • Backup Systems: Information may remain in our backup systems for a limited time but will be purged according to our regular backup and retention policies.

 How to Deactivate or Delete Your Account
To deactivate or delete your account, follow these steps:

Deactivate:

  • Navigate to the “Profile Tab” section of the App.
  • Click “Settings” and then choose “Deletion And Deactivation”.
  • Choose the option “Deactivation Account” and Continue to click the “Continue to Account Deactivation” button.
  • Now enter your current password, then click the “Continue” button.

Deletion:

  • Navigate to the “Profile Tab” section of the App.
  • Click “Settings” and then choose “Deletion And Deactivation”.
  • Choose the option “Deletion Account” and Continue to click the button “Continue Deletion Account”.
  • Choose the reason for delete pIcD account.
  • Now enter your current password, then click the “Continue” button.
  • Confirm your decision by following the on-screen instructions.

Third-Party Services
If you have linked your account to any third-party services (e.g., social media accounts), you will need to manage deactivation or deletion requests directly with those services. We are not responsible for the data held by third-party services.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. The latest version of this policy will always be available on our website and within the App.

The captured data is never shared or sold such as but not limited to customer or employee personal data with any third party.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The effective date of this Privacy Policy is set forth at the top of this webpage. We will notify you of any material change by posting a notice on this webpage. Your continued use of the pIcD Services after the effective date of any amendment to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Any amended Privacy Policy supersedes all previous versions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO FUTURE CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST STOP USING THE pIcD SERVICES AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SUCH CHANGES.
